Collaboration with CI Library

Last October 2022, the Beyond the Border club, organized a traditional Korean rice cake, Songpyeon, sharing event in the library as our first event. Being the first club event we ever held, we shared information on traditional Korean rice cakes, including the recipe, the origin, and the ingredients to the Chadwick middle school students.

Many students participated in the event, and Dylan, James, and Ryan were delighted to share our knowledge and experience. Not only did they share information but also delivered delicious rice cakes to everyone who attended the event. The event brought people from diverse backgrounds together through traditional Korean food.
